First Prototype


This is the first time I' m participating in a game jam. The  Narrative Driven Game Jam caught my eye shortly before it started,  so I decided to join on a whim.

I've  uploaded the first working prototype for the fundamental mechanics. If you test it, please tell me what you think!

  • Do the controls make sense?
  • How do you like them?
  • Can you imagine using them  repeatedly over the course of the story?
  • What would you like to see handled differently?

As for the story that I've planned:

In the world of this game, every star is  made of a person's memories. After a forgotten memory is triggered, the cargo ship pilot  Pat goes searching for their star in order to retrieve the surrounding memories and make sense of the  fragments.      The problem is, stars drift away over time, based on the emotions attached to the memories...
